DEATH is the Cook of Nature; and we find
Meat drest severall waies to please her Mind.
Some Meates shee rosts with Feavers, burning hot,
And some shee boiles with Dropsies in a Pot.

I'd mostly read her prose before too, and hadn't realized how delightful some of her poetry is. I'm going to try to post some more over the next week.

That's very funny. Quite a character, wasn't she? A sort of 17th Century Goth.
