I thought the end was a bit lame. That bit abt discovering "something you don't even have a name for" is a hackneyed/pretentious way of saying new experience, and I interpret it here as the experience of a new type of love - it was probably a reference to "the love that dare not speak its name", ie homosexuality. But the execution was more clumsy than artful.

Just saying.
