Yep :o) Gypsy is on the Life on Mars soundtrack; it's hard rock/heavy metal and it's awesome. Only song of theirs I know, but I love it :o)

Incidentally, having never read David Copperfield, I had no idea of the band's name's significance, so of course I had to look it up :D

Yes - character: sam tyler and character: gene hunt. They're the two main characters of Life on Mars, it's just that my previous snippet was about the "secondary" characters :o)
