Eugene and Mortimer's friendship is so powerful, and I love the history you gave it. And the Ecclesiastes frame was well done.

Oh Valar, thank you so much! I'm a huge fan of your work, so such a lovely review from you means a lot. I was reading That Scene ( you know where Eugene thinks he's dying and asks Mortimer to get Jenny ) and I was blown away by the language Dickens uses both to describe their friendship and the endearments they use with each other and I was just all 'alaksdjlfj I have to write that NOW' so I did.
