Haha! That was very cleverly and well done! I can just imagine Hermione travelling eons back just to ask about tricks for defeating Dark Lords. ^^ Aragorn's and Faramir's puzzlement and confusion was very amusing, too. :-D

Very many thanks. I'm delighted you enjoyed this and it made sense to you.I've never written any Harry Potter characters before.I was glad I could still use my favourites, Aragorn and Faramir and you enjoyed their part of the story.

“The folk here make the Weasley brothers look like geniuses!”
Too funny!
This is another fine mashup for the challenge!

LOL! This was SO MUCH FUN! Just like Hermione to use her time-turner to check up on how previous Dark Lords were defeated! Love Aragorn and Faramir's confusion over her questions and answers.

And McGonagall was a hoot.

But I'm most curious about Guinan and what SHE was doing there...is the Enterprise caught up in some time-loop up in orbit? Or is she just "there" living in that time and place?

What I am enjoying about all of these crossovers is the way they leave me wanting more...

Very many thanks. I'm delighted you enjoyed this.

I find Guinan a mysterious character, but you leave me wondering if I should explain her presence now.

Not unless you are planning an epic ST:TNG/LotR crossover! She takes reams of explanation or none at all...

Of course, I wouldn't object to you writing such a thing--if you feel so inclined and have the time...

I decided to add one line that Guinan was helping an old friend.
Sadly, I've no time to do more. I'd like to write something for the GFIC Pot Luck and for Teitho, but it is too cold here to type even!

Delightful vignette. I'd have liked to see more of McGonagall, but doubtless she was in a hurry to bring her wayward student back to Hogwarts...
