She just wondered why she suddenly felt worse when she should be happy. Oh, I don't know, Sam. It could be because YOU WERE MEANT TO BE TOGETHER! Or not. Either way, really.

Also, can I just say how glad I am that Brooke finally got her act together? *gets down on her knees in gratitude* (and yes, you can take that any way you want to :P)

I read this all in one sitting and I have to say it's the best Brooke/Sam story I've read. The characters are beautifully flushed out and it is so easy to picture everything that happens. If you do it for no one else but yourself, I truly hope you finish this story. It deserves to be finished.

Thanks for sharing and don't think I can't persuade carpesomediem to really do a "sit in". *evil grin*

Can I just say OMGYAY?! I loved this story and I am so glad that you're posting again. This is an epic Bram story, and I can't wait to read more of it. :)

I'm really glad that you've decided to continue this story. These latest chapters are great. I'm happy that Cara is improving, though I would've liked to know just how this was finally accomplished; the transition seems a tad abrupt. As for Sam and Brooke, it seems they're one step forward (with Cara), two steps back (with their own relationship). Argh! Can't wait for the next installment(s).

Actually the recovery wasn't so abrupt at all. You have to remember, she's been in that clinic for six months and she had her last breakthrough. Not only that but she has hours and hours of various forms of therapy daily. I just didn't want to spend anymore time on writing that. But I'm glad you like the other bits.

Hi. Thanks for the response. I understand where you're coming from. Maybe it would've helped me to reread some of the previous chapters to refresh my memory about Cara's (and her parents') ordeal. I just kinda dove right in to the new ones.
