[Being that his own self-imposed morals are currently being compromised by the idea that he may have to feed P.O.W.s to Aleera (a concept that disgusts him), the chance of treachery on a less savage and more domestic level is strangely appealing.
Strange as that is.] You would be correct.
The Militants know Voldemort is no longer in charge, and I expect them to target us. Especially if they learn we've been casing their base. [He actually supposes they already know about that.]

I’m glad.
What my husband has been able to convey to me so far has been minimal- the presence of the Dark Lord provided a few complications, as I imagine you can appreciate, and we considered it best to play it safe. I do know, however, that the Militants value their magic users and will consider them a strength- they do possess three experienced duelists, two of them well-versed in the Dark Arts. I imagine, however, that their magical skills will be used less for combat and more for things that others cannot do- I doubt they will have a shortage of soldiers lacking in their unique skills, with a preference for brute force.
I haven't heard any news that they found out about our investigations.
[She hasn't heard any news at all, in fact. And she's worried. That translates to irritation in her voice.]
I'll inquire after the subject when he deigns to respond.

This is ridiculous. A husband and wife shouldn't be forced into competition. Not when they have mutual interests. [He's quiet as he considers.]
I did speak with someone about the idea of a neutral area for exchanges, negotiations, and meetings with family members. Beyond that of the hospital, anyway. Until such time that a defection is necessary, then we should at least arrange for your ability to meet with him.
