Kat recommended M&M to us a little while ago! I wouldn't mind giving it a try.

Was it very costly to do the books at kinkos? I could dig a little sword and sandals rather than galdalf quest-fantasy.

Not really I went with the spiral bound, which is more expensive than the comb and the tape and I had each book bound separately, could have easily done as one, and it came in around 20 bucks.
