The thing I'm loving probably the most about this story is the structure. The moving back and forth in time, leaving tantalizing nuggets of Penny's past and (possibly) Penny and Sheldon's future.

And Penny/Acting Career, of course. Which always makes me so happy because I don't think we'll ever have the satisfaction on the actual show.

When they finally release her, she barrels home and straight through the door of apartment 4A, the script clutched in one hand like a war-trophy.

"Sheldon!" she screeches. "You have got to help me rehearse this!"

He spends, with her, to the detriment of his work, a cumulative twenty-eight hours running lines.

GAHHHHHHHHHHH. Their adorableness just makes the last bit that much more realistically bittersweet. I need to see where this goes, even if my heart is warning me against it. :D :D :D Awesome.

Ok, I'm glad this happened in this chapter, and not the next one. As I started reading this one I figured out what the 'joke' would be, that Penny's love would be unrequited, and I was gutted to think that would be the end of the story... so yay for it not being the end! :D Can't wait for Penny's revenge... and how Sheldon would handle it. I love Penny/career, and this was really well done. Again, I loved all the little details of her past... and basically all of it. So much LOVE!! YAY YOU!! ^^

HARI CREWE. AHHHHHHHHH. When I read that I gasped out loud and choked on my own spit. I almost died. But it was totally worth it.

It's so annoying when people ask authors to write faster, but please take this in the spirit it's intended (i.e. as a compliment)-- I need Part Three soon. Please.
