Well, if you don't think you have anything to worry about that's good.

But, I've had bad expericances in that department, so I'm pretty careful. I just don't want anyone to go though some of the friend dramas I have. They are very emotionally trying, and quite frankly, they suck.

A shank is like a knife, but more something widdled down to become a knife, a knife of unconventional orgins if you will. Such as, if I were to take a toothbrush, and sand down the end into a point and stab someone with it - it would then be a 'shank'. They are seen most commonly in Prisons with the various things people can make pointy and stab people with.
