Why is she in the cell? Is it her ability? I can help her control it. She doesn't need to be locked up. She just needs someone to believe in her.

She shot two people, then tried to hold up a bank. I try to believe in her, she just...she just makes it hard. When I try to be understanding, she acts like she can walk all over me, and when I stop being understanding she throws a fit and still doesn't get what she did wrong.

Elle can be difficult but that makes her what she is. You have to help her forgive herself for the things she's done wrong and to continue to believe in her. Putting her in a cell won't do her any good. You're becoming just like her father and she could only be better when he was dead.
