Admittedly I'm not that big of a gamer but I from everything I've seen PS3 isn't that much better than any of the other game systems out there. And at the price they want for it I'd go for one of the others until the PS3 system is cheaper and more easier to obtain if I were going to buy a gaming system. Personally I think the Wii and XBox will do better for X-mas sales precisely because they're significantly cheaper.
