Picspam: Umbrellas - Ships
A week ago I was bored. What should I do?, I asked to myself, new seasons of my tv shows started yet and I've watched the one or two shows that premiered this week... Then I just thought that this Merlin show could be a good option to kill the time. All my twitter friends and f-list love it, it's british... Why not?
Duh, WHY DID I NOT WATCH IT BEFORE?
This show is seriously one of the best I've ever seen in my whole life. I love everything about it, but one of my soft spots are Arthur/Guinevere. In the Arthurian legends, I don't know how I feel about Guinevere: she could be easily titled as a whore, or you could think that she never had an option at all about marrying Arthur, when she never loved him. Even thought, I have a thing for Lancelot. I don't know if it's because most of the actors that play him in movies are hotties or just because... I find his multiple motives to betray Arthur and Camelot very fascinating. However, in Merlin you can't not love Arthur/Guinevere (I'm not calling her Gwen when I talk about this pairing. Arthur calling her "Guinevere" is one of the most sexy things in the world). They are so freaking cute, adorable, sexy, attractive, and romantic.
Well, ending my little Arwen speech, I'd like to explain that this picspam is made for picspammy's challenge 22: Illustrate a Song. Two days ago I found this very beautiful Arwen fanvideo and I think the song, Ships by Umbrellas, fits them so well that I wanted to picspam this song to this pairing, my OTP from Merlin (warning: spoilers up to 3.02: The Tears of Uther Pendragon Part II).
