leaving Broome was a horrendous waiting game. i finally arrived in Brisbane 25 hours after my initially scheduled flight was to land. first there was a canceled flight, then a mechanical delay which required an engineer to be flown from Perth, then the engineer's flight was delayed, then they needed a new flight crew to be flown from Perth. this
