Got up just before noon again, but at least I was awake earlier and just lounging longer then I meant to. Took my half pill a bit after noon. I didn't seem to get the loopiness, but I was still kind of tired. We watched Doctor Who, it was Vincent and the Doctor so I boohood at the end a lot. So, I'm on anti-anxity meds now.
As of today I'm taking anti-anxiety meds. Half of the smallest dose of Klonopin. I was kind of nervous to start meds, I've never been on anything very strong. Just the percocet after getting my wisdom teeth out and I stopped those pretty quick since I didn't like the sleepiness combined with the jerking awake violently ( Read more... ) -

My life is speeding by and I'm just sitting and watching it go. It feels like I'm on a train and I can either continue to sit, do nothing, watch as life passes by forever. So I've gotten pretty into SuperBetter. I'm using it every day and I like the goal of doing 3 quests and 3 power ups. Facing 1 bad guy a day is a joke, most days it's 2-3. Sleeping in is one bad guy, so it's kind of a gimme, but I only mark it if I did particularly well or bad ( Read more... ) -

It's been a while! 5 months in, update 2
So I haven't updated for a long time, but I got stuff started and finished, so that's something. The past few weeks I've felt like I was slacking off, but looking at my list I like the way it's shaping up (mostly). I think this is the most doable list I've written.
