I really think you got the serious but not so serious side of Boone down and I know you were all worried about the direction of this fic, but I think you took it in the right direction and made it great.

I still adore the last section.

Dude. I was worried Matchmaker Sawyer would not work, so I debated taking him out, but I was like "alas I love him because he tries to do good, he does." and my sense of humor is totally whack, so yeah, he stayed. Am so glad you liked him.

I liked Matchmaker Sawyer (and hit-on-anything Sawyer) because it's still in character. He's still being kind of a jerk but he's not harrassing anyone (or lord, help us *attacking* anyone. Rapist!Sawyer is one of my fandom pet peeves that bad writers use to make their Jack/Boone or Jack/Kate work). So yeah, it worked for me.

*Twitches* I actually read a Rapist!Sawyer earlier today and was pretty much like "0o WTF??" I couldn't finish it.

I hope you wouldn't mind if I friended you, I know you're on a semi-hiatus from Lost, but it'll still be nice to have more Lost fans on the list. 'Cause seriously these days there's so much to rant about with the show *smacks it*

That was really quite lovely. I particularly like that you brought in some of the other cast and used them to good effect. This is how things would've worked out for Boone if I was in charge of the show. :) Good job.
