Wow, this sounds EXACTLY what I'm going through right now/my personal history! I'm about 5"3/5"4 and just tired of hovering around 130, and I've gotten down to 115 in the past with extreme measures, but I'm tired of doing it the unhealthy way. I've started up with the weight training and water-only drinking and I finally feel good/healthy. I was eating WAY too much salt and that water weight bloat was killing me/making me feel like I was 50lbs overweight and not just ten.

Anyway: /high five :D

Thank you so much for the support, I figured blogging about it might help me keep up the good work, especially if others I knew were struggling with similar problems!
