For streaming, crunchy roll.
For torrenting, BakaBT.com and nyaatorrents.org should keep ya covered, with animesuki.com being great for things up and coming.

Hi Vicki! Glad you got home alive! Your friend said the best sites for dl, I think. The restrictions are: BakaBT has only complete series/movies/albums. Animesuki doesn't have licensed series.

Hurray on all counts! And the place for torrents is Tokyotoshokan. I'll send you the URL when I get home.

Bam.
Don't bother with HorribleSubs, though; they just rip Crunchyroll's subs and suck.

Seconding nyaatorrents and Tokyo Toshokan (where you can search specifically for batch torrents, yay!).
http://www.nyaa.eu/
http://www.tokyotosho.info/
< select "batch"
And you can always revert to isohunt:
http://isohunt.com/
And HorribleSubs is fine. Just go for whichever torrent has the highest amount of seeds (like I do!) :D ...
And once you get through your rec list *.* LET US KNOW.
You also need an myanimelist account so that we can properly communicate in the way of anime/manga recommendations:
http://www.myanimelist.net/
(Myanimelist profile for me is yoshikochan, of course)

I feel the need to point out that starting a myanimelist is a Yoshiko thing and not required. :P
