You now, this kind of reminds me of the so called "Starschnitt"-(star cut)-poster which were very popular here in Germany. In a teen magazine every week was a cutout piece of a life-sized poster of a celebrity - and in the end you would have an life-sized cutout Robbie Williams or so.
YOU COULD TOTALLY DO THIS WITH YOUR PICSPAMS!! :D
