So I completely agree that this looks like a great program. I purchased their cookbook and love it. $99/mo for 6 months minimum is still a hard pill to swallow though. ALTHOUGH what they are offering is a program that forces you to either work on it or be booted. The cash prize is also something that could seriously motivate. I could use $10k. LOL
I still am not convinced I could actually STICK to a program though... and that one is probably more restrictive than I could handle.... though again it would probably do me a lot of good to stick with a healthy program for 6 months regardless of how much I wouldn't like it.
I actually doubt that it is too restrictive... they know that people are going to have individual preferences... I suspect that they will give numeric guidelines and protein/fat/carb breakdown and expect you to eat that.
$99/month isn't that much compared to a trainer or gym membership (My gym membership is $80/month, and weekly trainer meetings were $60 each.)
True. After my post I went and compared the price it would be to meet with a trainer once a week... it ended up being closer to $200/mo for 1 25 min session per week. + Every trainer I've ever been to always promotes specific brands. I.e. eat this type of protein bar. I wonder if this is the same.
And that being said... ... I'm seriously considering this... my brain keeps going but what if you DID stick to a good program for like 6 months. Who cares about the prize money, someone is probably going to be be more motivated than you anyway... but what if an actual good program was something you could and DID stick to.
Meh Gonna sleep on it for a couple of days. Lots of things sound like good ideas that make me want to cry later. + I'm cheap.

It's worth it though, as much as I HATE admiting that.
