Oh yay! I loved both of the series that went before this one (and I can't remember if I commented at the time, but I was definitely one of the many craving a continuation where Pneumonia left off. :D )

This is such a lovely start, Severus is all childishly jealous and slytherin-ish in his planning counter actions. I can't wait to see what he'll do (but I know what I'm hoping ;)

Now I'm all curious. Once I've finished, you'll have to let me know what you're hoping will happen. Thanks!

Well, basically just kissage but I suspect that's pretty unlikely at this point in the story. Too soon, isn't it... :) The choice of icon was supposed to be a hint. :p

"Too soon" being the operative words. This is a fluffy fic, and I'm not making any secret that we'll have a happy ending on our hands. So it's just a matter of when, and I haven't decided that yet. But never fear! We'll have some smoochin' before the end.

Instead of just asking her, no, he has to plot. Just how I imagine Severus would do. It's safer than to risk a "no".

Precisely. Little Slytherin brain cells (as Shiv once put it) are working overtime to keep Hermione away from a situation that he thinks would end in heartbreak for him.

Thank you!

Oh, yay! More in this series!

This is already shaping up to be quite an excellent read. We're getting hints of plotting and miscommunication from the start, which can only herald a bit of an adventure for our couple.

More is posted, though it's just three more drabbles at this point.

Thank you! I like the idea of a Severus who is so not-confident in himself, that he needs to scheme to achieve his goals.
