Wonderful! So many layers of meaning, and perfect dialogue.

I love Severus gardening, and Hermione ogling him, and the slight discomfort at seeing him fly balanced against the feeling he's a child.

Betty the Bloodthirsty is awesome - go Betty! And if Severus didn't die because Lily spurned him again, then she was, for once, useful.

Minerva's last line is well aimed.

And Corvus keeps repeating "Not yet." That has to mean there's still a lot of development, what with Burbage and everything... Yay!

Hmmm - Hermione sounds like she needs more convincing from him on the Lily front, or Snape needs to hear the unvarnished truth about the sainted Lily. I'm not sure which. Either way, that Lily Potter is an aggravating corpse. ;)

Oooh, very nice. I like hearing the tale of "Lily was a bitch" from Hermione remembering what Betty had to say. Exactly how I feel. Seriously, what redeeming qualities did James Potter possess? And now I know! He was pretty and he had money.
