I'm so glad you enjoyed this. I felt terrible doing that to poor Hermione, but my plot bunnies told me it had to happen. I have faith that you can resolve it! ~trusts you~

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed the Eileen/Slughorn bit. They're an odd couple, but somehow they work.

I think Hermione's revenge will be grand indeed--she might actually banish Peeves from the castle entirely! And Jocasta's a loving mum; she cares about comforting Hermione more than she does about the mess.

I felt sniffly when I was writing about the wedding dress, too! I have faith in Scoffy to figure out a remedy, though. ~hopes~

I'm so glad you enjoyed it. I'm sure Hermione's daughter will one day be grateful at not being forced to wear The Dress, but I did feel bad doing that to Hermione...

Wow! You give her fairy tale princess moment and then cover her with horseshit! Do you think she'll ever find out that she has her bridesmaids to thank for Peeves little present? I am, of course, overwhelmed with concern for poor Hermione and her mother in their current situation. However, my first thought was, "Is Fluffy okay?" Being a stowaway is so dangerous these days! A delightful and rousing finish for your part of the story.

Thank you so much! I know I've been very evil to Hermione here, and I am sorry for that, but the plot for this particular story means that--unfortunately--no perfect moment lasts for very long.

As to whether she'll ever find out about the girls' culpability... that's a good question. If I were them, I don't think I'd want to tell her anytime soon! Maybe many years from now, after the sting lessens.

No need to worry about Fluffy's welfare; my sources inform me that his stowaway mission was a complete success. ;-)
