Yes, you're right. Its full name is Fuckton-on-the-Water, and is not far from Fuck on the Wold.

Poor Hermione -- all of her enemies banding together, fortunately she doesn't really have very many of them, of course every single envious human will read her woes and weep for joy. I'll bet Rita is having the time of her life, she probably goes to sleep at night caressing one or three of the photographs which show Hermione in the most humiliating pose she can find. Voyeuristic, vicious vermin that she is.
