Session Six - Guild Rises and Greyfalls
On the journey to Greyfalls, Morn fell into a stupor. He awoke in another place at another time. He was on the road to Greyfalls with a Solar called Amber Starfall and another Dragon Blooded called Mayso. After some discussion, he discovered he had actually possessed the body of his own father. The Solar assumed that Brand's possession of a part of the mask of Vadrak, the being of green flame that leapt about Creation, provided for the link. At that point, the three were set upon by a titanic wave of ice.
Morn came to and urged the Brotherhood to make all haste to Greyfalls. On arrival, they were met by a man called Fatal Rivers, who was in the employ of the Guild Factor Acer. Acer welcomed them to the city and explained that due to recent events the power structure in the city was a little complicated. Sesus Yanah was nominally in power but had fallen ill and her champion, Mnemon Rogan, had gone of a quest to a nearby shadowland, called the Frozen Wood, to cure her. Nellens Romulak governed the city in their respective illness and absence. The Brotherhood sent a missive to Romulak seeking an appointment.
In the morning, with no appointment yet made, the Brotherhood set out to explore the site from Morn's vision. They found it and discovered traces of significant necromancy. They also came across the grave of Mayso and remnants of Morn's father's banner. The Brotherhood wanted more answers and given the connection of necromancy and ice between this incident and the nearby Shadowland, they decided to try and catch up with Mnemon Rogan.
