House had been in the back, takin inventory of his drug supply. Not that h particularly neded to, he hadn't used much of the stok. But it wwas something to do, and it reassured him that there was plenty of Vicodin and Morphine on hand.

He took one look at her, and knew who she must be. He smiled a little. "You must be Kailin's sister. He told me he'd ask you to drop by."

Adira was slightly startled by his voice and her eyes snapped up to look at him. there was a moment of fear that slowly faded to a smile.

Oh yes. She stood and straightened her skirts quickly. You must be Doctor House whom my brother has spoken so highly of. It is a pleasure to meet you.

She curtsied and smiled trying to remember that this would be nothing like her past.
