That's good to hear that everything's going well for you and your family! <3 I've been procrastinating this week while on vacation - simply just enjoying being off from work, getting some things done, and trying to get some Red Wings games as they appear here (thank goodness for the NHL Network!, and Versus/NBC live stream of the games!) I have to find out how Stuart did on his first game back ( ... )

Oh, oops. CSA means "community supported agriculture" You pay up front at the beginning of the season and pick up a share of the produce each week. You do not get your money back in case of crop failure, because you're investing in the risks and rewards of the farm. If that makes sense. :)

Canning is awesome, and if you're interested I have a couple books on it that I'd be happy to lend you. The process gets pretty familiar pretty quick, and the equipment is cheap at various hardware stores (I got most of my stuff at an ACE hardware, I think.)
