Money is Money

I don't know if this deserves its own post but its been on my mind for a while and if anything I feel the need to get it out on paper. so here goes.

You go to work day in day out to make your cash. Payday arrives and you get that fat check for 1,000$ (I like round numbers). You slaved for this money, it has to go to bills but that's OK, you know ( Read more... )

I agree. Though when I get my tax money in, I always pay off bills first and usually hold on to the rest for the future bills when I need it. Last year I had to buy a car because my other one died on me. Thankfully I still had 2000 saved to make a down payment and first month payment along with insurance etc.

Then again, I did buy some new makeup and a few clothes. You can kinda tell though that I don't spend a lot on myself because I tend to wear pretty much the same things when going out. Not that I wouldn't like to go get a new outfit or whatever else it is that I want. It's just not high on my priority list or the price is too high. I generally will not buy something unless it's clearance....

Good call. always a good idea to pay off bills first. making the minimum payment on anything is just a money trap.
