I am now a licensed Mixologist in the state of California. I did quite well on the written test, only I forgot to write that you need to garnish a margarita with a lime (forgive me Andrew :P). So far, things are going fairly well for me at bartender school and I have learned to make two liquer drinks, sours, exotics ( think Mai Tais and other things with paper umbrellas), and shooters, which are a pain to layer as it takes forever. I just found the china pattern of my dreams. It's the one I saw months ago but couldn't remember the name. It's called Intarsia by Villeroy and Boch, and has a black border with a bird and flower pattern done in deep colors and gold, so that the overall look is somewhat eastern european.
