I don’t take this too seriously, but I like the implication that applying buttocks to chair and tapping away will bring gradual improvement. So I started totting up my wordage. I love the idea; I had a quick estimate and I think I'm somewhere around the 410,000 mark. I didn't expect to be anywhere near as high.

After all, while there may not be a direct relationship between word count and quality, it does show a certain dedication to the craft. I may have to keep track of this :D

It's just a bit of fun I guess. Like you say, I don't think there is a direct relationshio between count and quality, but something must rub off over time. Or so I tell myself!

I've always believed there's somewhat of a relationship. I think I'll steal this idea and tally up my own to see where I stand.
