Offer: I will use cotton fabric from my stash (http://travel.webshots.com/photo/2005490570038683879zLhorW), to make a no-pattern dress for a child wearing up to 5T or skirt for larger size. Assuming a 20” waist, I can get a 16” circle skirt from the material

I have twin daughters wearing 3T; is there enough fabric get two dresses made? If so and you're willing, I'll pay double the Buy It Now price.

You didn't include your daughters' measurements, but the answer is almost certainly no for two circle skirts from that material. I checked my stash and don't have two yards available of anything else, but!
