First, happy surprise to have a new fic from you!

I did check out the prompt so I get the basic premise. It should be interesting to have a slightly different Luke. I noticed that his business focus is different and he doesn't have all the Noah baggage (which can get old and tired).

Plus, you mentioned Casey several times so I'm hoping we see him in some substantial way.

Thank you. Luke is different in a way, but I tried to keep the essence of who he was. Casey will be mentioned, but I'm afraid I don't think he'll make any actual appearances. ~Ali

Another story from Ali - that means happiness for me!

I love Luke - he is just so amazingly sweet! For him to help his friend Noah by being part of a support system for him through his blindness and surgery is wonderful! Luke isn't Noah's punching bag - I love it!

I was confused about Luke's sexuality, but apparently, so his he! Should be interesting!

Luke asking Katie about naming the new neuro wing? So emotional! But your stories always elicit emotion from me - good and bad...that's the sign of a good writer!

Can't wait for more!

Well, thank you. So glad you liked Luke. He wants to help a lot of people, Noah, Katie, etc. Yes, Luke hasn't defined himself at this moment. It was pretty tense writing Katie/Luke's scene. I hope to have the next chapter up on Wednesday. ~Ali
