Honestly? That's why I wrote this story. I wanted a rational explanation as to why Ianto's brilliant and to give him and Jack a long time to live together.

Remembering that Ianto said his Dad used to take him to watch the Saturday morning films at the Electro, here’s an extract from ‘The History of the Electro’ pamphlet on the BBC’s Torchwood website
However, by 1969 the Electro was threatened with closure. It managed to get a stay of execution thanks to a British Film Institute scheme supporting regional art-house cinemas: renamed again, it was now known as the Cardiff Showhouse, with an annual membership costing one guinea. Even so, as the 1970s wore on it struggled to turn a profit and finally closed in 1977. Its final screening was of Terry Gilliam’s Jabberwocky. It was converted into a bingo hall, but this too closed down less than 18 months later

I don't know either! But the bunnies started nibbling at my toes and I couldn't kick him off.
That is a point, how he'll regenerate... He could always choose to keep his own face from regeneration to regeneration... Or he could surprise Jack. *grins*

'"You already have that. Why not take the vessel too?"

You know it was so full of story and emotions and feelings and it was all great and deep and then...
Which would be fun to screw with Owen with, when it happened.
And i burst out laughing like you have no idea!
Though well, I like Ianto as he is, I really don't want to see a regenaration of him, he is too pretty!
"I... The Doctor, when I saw him again, he said I was wrong."
Ianto will never ever think you are wrong, never.
