Huh, did not see that twist coming! I do like the idea that if Sherlock Holmes & Dr Watson don't exist the universe must create them. Hee! And by implication the Dr and the Tardis too. Neat little bit of meta!
Thank you! The idea came to me when I kept seeing all these references to how influential Doyle's stories were to police and forensic investigation; and similarly, how Doctor Who has left its mark on sci-fi for ages. It all fell neatly into place.

I was all asquee at Donna coming clean, the surprise Earth (sneaky Doctor and <3 for saying nothing for Donna's sake), film franchise (tehee!), the deleting and rewriting of the blog (the first bit before the flashback is excellent) and then you pull that twist at the end! I love it :D
Professor Who! HAha, you have to have the Doctor and Sherlock watch. And of course, the Doctor and Sherlock save Donna and John, or maybe the other way round, nice to see a series that gives the unexpected. ... or maybe Sherlock and Donna save the Doctor and John, whatever works!
