All the poking and bribing of bunnies has paid off! And to think that no one noticed Loki (the real one)) sitting in the hall and drinking with the mortals. Absolutely love the ending where Loki patted Jack on top of his head (Loki really is older than Jack and since Jack is Loki's Chosen wouldn't that make Jack his 'child'?). The myth was a great fun to read.

And now that this is done, any plans for more?

Yeah, Loki's a bit more of a father-figure-ish type to his Chosen, but I imagine that he's very fond of Jack because it's another immortal. So he dotes on Jack a bit more, like how he indulges Fenrir's overeating and Yamino's mail-order addiction.

I liked that version of the myth because it was told like someone was telling you the story, not just reading it out of a myth text.

No plans at present. Mommy Kate might have to get hurt again. *laughs* She's going to kill me for saying that.

But it still would be weird if Loki didn't bow down in respect to 'Loki' when everyone else is doing it (or did he do it?).

No plans huh... How about the team's reaction to Loki, Yamino and Fenrir when they enter the Hub proper? How about instead of Mommy Kate getting hurt, plot bunnies start to multiply? Exponentially. The team's reaction to Loki, Yamino and Fenrir when they enter the Hub proper (at the end of Blessed Be). They would be curious as to why a child was let into the Hub. *waves carrots infront of bunnies*

I recognise THAT story!!! *ROTFLMAO* It's actually about the only story I know from Norse mythology...

I wonder how many chosens does (our) Loki have? And it does beg the question that what were they doing in the Year that never was? I have the feeling that Loki would actually LIKE those flying balls -- death, chaos, mischief, right up his alley -- but they burn Japan. I imagine Loki would be right pissed about that.

WRITE MORE IN THIS VERSE PLEASE!!!!!

Poor Jack. He walked into it, but you still have to feel for him.

Yeah, I'm doing okay except for the part where I'm about to puree nachos because I want them THAT much but I'm not allowed to have spicy OR crunchy so they're off the list. When you get a text of NACHOS!!!!!!! you'll know I'm well. :)
