I was reading all over the place this month. Just a few fics here and there spread across many fandoms. Though the majority of my time has been devoted to hd-tropes (I think I only have 2 or 3 lefts to read!) and indulging in my new Kirk/Spock Star Trek obsession. :D

Argh, I shouldn't look into your recs after 11pm. I sat there reading until 1.30am. And I can't blame myself, can I? LOL
Loved the ones by Renne and purple_cube.
Maybe I should try the one about Bilbo/Thorin too. Though Tolkien is a bit like the Holy Grail to me and I'm not sure about reading slash in this world.

Aww you are my favorite! I love that you are into other fandoms! :D

yeah, purple_cube is fab. She does really excellent canon-ish Everlark, which is my favorite! There are a lot of modern AUs that feel really OOC and I love reading about them in the Hunger Games verse and I really love her characterizations.

And I was totally obsessed with Arthur/Eames for about a month there. I've moved on to new obsessions since, but I will definitely be going back!

And OMG I am in love with Bilbo/Thorin. I totally get what you mean about Tolkien, but so much of the canon used in the fics is from the movies a la events, physical appearance, and characterization, that I sort of separate them in my mind, you know? Like this isn't fanfic of Tolkien's Hobbit, it's fanfic of movieverse Hobbit. At least, that's how I desperate it out. :D
