That is funny. A lot of famous names on there, too. And yes, Zoë Bell is a professional stuntwoman/actor who has doubled for at least some of the actors in the video.

Years of watching late might talk shows has provided me with a pretty good knowledge of the actors of the last few decades, even when I haven't seen many of their movies. Lucy Lawless, Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz, Daryl Hannah, Rosie Perez, Halle Berry, Scarlet Johanson, and a few others are all perennials on the talk show circuit. Some of the other women probably are stunt professionals, as I didn't recognize them or their names. But Bell apparently has a lot of friends in Hollywood, to be able to assemble such a cast for an Internet video.
