a 30s bungalow for 55K. those are small town texas prices. who would have thought prices would drop this low out your way?

I have a friend who just lost a home in that area to foreclosure (not this house, though). Hard to believe they are going for so little.

housing market down here is insane. I suspect a lot of out-o-towners are scooping these places up for rentals.
