Well, you can turns lots of things into a prayer... but these are lyrics from "Rainy Night in Georgia," originally sung (I think) by Brook Benton back in the day. (Lots of people have sung it since, of course. I personally dig on the duet version with Conway Twitty & Sam Moore.)
