I feel left out.

Just like with the Beatles and Bowie and Marlon Brando and someone/thing that doesn't begin with B, I can see that it's historical and momentous that Obama is the first black president, but at the same time, I don't really feel it

The black thing is historically significant, but it's much more important RIGHT NOW that they've actually got somebody whose IQ has more than one digit. ;)

truth. I trust him more than I do most people, but at the same time, we need to see what he'll actually do now he's in. And the fact that he's (personally) not all for gay rights obviously makes me question his character and principles as well.
