I bought the Edy's Praline Caramel Crunch yogurt because it didn't have any red #40 in it and according to them books frozen yogurt mo' recommended than ice cream for the pregnant person. Being that garbage had to go out when I was putting frozen stuff

And thanks for the book recommendation. I got "The Girlfriends Guide to Pregnancy" out of the library a couple of weeks ago and I'm almost through it. A good read, indeed.
