f.t Island: "It's happening";Seunghyun/ Minhwan; pg-13

I'm very sorry for the delay but i didn't say I had lots of ideas for this and I am very beginning to explore it. please stay tuned and be patient as i update.

Evil SiblingsSchool was very much entertaining to go through now that Seunghyun had a very friendly companion. He feared calling Minhwan a friend so soon-thinking it would scare the boy. He had to agree that he was compatible with Minhwan. The boy was quiet, but enjoyable.

Seunghyun always had this extra energy to talk and to mess around. He just never got over his big ego to step up and make some friends before. Now he is presented with a very great chance on gaining a very valuable friend, he did not want to mess things up.

The incident of last week left unspoken of between the two teens. They ate at the class, Minhwan harvested lunch to tutor the boy Math. Seunghyun often nagged and Minhwan found it endearing. Sure, he left it all inside and never spoke a word of adoration to the boy.

They took the same bus; therefore, Seunghyun figured he would save a seat for the boy before the bus got very crowded. The bus stopped four times before dropping him off to school. Minhwan boards on the second stop while Seunghyun takes the first. He spends time alone, but nothing is new to him.

His mouth curls into a brilliant smile as the familiar boy comes through the doors every morning. This time however, Seunghyun notices that Minhwan is not coming alone. A slightly taller frail looking male follows him. He had a boyish face with dark framed specs.

"Good morning, Seunghyun. This is my neighbor lee Jaejin. He is taking the bus from now on," explained the brown haired. Jaejin and Seunghyun shared a little smile.

"Today I will be busy studying so I will have Jaejin keep you company instead." Seunghyun had no problem sitting next to the boy; they actually seemed to click off together perfectly.

Minhwan glanced once during their fifteen minutes long ride to school. He fought back the pangs of jealousy. Sure, he didn't bring Jaejin along for the specs boy to steal Seunghyun away. He bitterly thought.

It was the gleaming smile Seunghyun had in class while thanking him for letting him meet a new friend. It had Minhwan's heart fluttering and anger stewing at the same moment. He had a very calm exterior compared to his explosive insides; he just couldn't allow his emotions to be exposed. Rather than acting like a schoolgirl, he chose to be Seunghyun's calm companion.

Most of the time, Seunghyun talked. Minhwan found it amusing to listen to the boy one second and be totally lost the second. He lost his composure as he stared at the boy's mouth moving. He shook his head inwardly when Seunghyun's eyes diverted to someone else.

"Hi Jaejin," The boy's yell kicked Minhwan out of his fantasies -starring Seunghyun's mouth.

Jaejin waved them a hand, gesturing them to join his empty table. Minhwan sat across Jaejin while the other boy chose to sit next to Jaejin.

"Why are you sitting alone?" Seunghyun questioned, already picking up his chopsticks and shoving some of the side dishes into his mouth.

"I enjoy being alone. Besides, most of my friends have other friends." He grinned at Seunghyun, noticing the messiness composing of some rice next to Seunghyun's mouth; it contrasted with his slightly tanned skin.

"Me too, I used to hang out alone when this fellow came along." He signaled toward Minhwan, the boy in mention was slowly nibbling on his food, nodding at the mentioning of his name.

"Oh, you've got some rice over there." Seunghyun aimlessly sent his tongue outside his mouth, licking and squirming at the piece of rice. When it seemed to Minhwan that there was no use of the talented tongue now, he reached over and wiped the disturbing piece of rice. It sent shivers down his spine to feel Seunghyun's wet side of his mouth with his finger for just a part of a second. He gave a little smile to Seunghyun before wiping his finger with a napkin.

Jaejin kept his eyes on Minhwan, the change of colors even as a light as it was didn’t pass unnoticed by Jaejin. He smirked, the sun reflecting on his glasses. Minhwan didn't need to look at the boy's across him to hear the obvious echoing chuckle going through his brain. He glared at his food before a spoonful of rice and Seunghyun stole his attention again.

"Hey, where do you think you're going?" Hongki froze when the loud yell pierced through his ears.

"To the bathroom…?" He innocently answered his teacher. It was Gym for god's sake. He needed to take a break but their teacher chose brutality instead.

"Forget it! Get back in here now!" as if Hongki couldn't already hear him very clear, Mr. Kim chose to yell some more. Jonghun ignored the loud curse Hongki let out when he came back into line.

He glanced at his left, finding some of the first years looking their way. He recognized Minhwan standing next to a taller male -one that seemed to eat Jonghun with his gaze. He chose to ignore the beeping alarm in his head and waved to Minhwan.

He winced when Minhwan totally ignored his wave and pretended he didn't exist at all. Minhwan was so cold hearted some times. His time to think about his baby brother got cut in half when Hongki's elbow jabbed into his guts. He coughed before snapped a very angry glaring pair of eyes at the brown haired fellow standing next to him.

"Why did you do that?" He gasped. He felt his sides whimpering in pain, the bastard hadn't needed to elbow him so hard.

"The animal is looking for the smallest sign to punish us. Don't forget who you are attending this class with before going on and waving to your sibling." Harshly, Hongki made a perfect point. Jonghun ended up whispering an apology to the teacher, he couldn't release his side for the next 5 minutes though, and the boy was quite strong when he chose to.

All thirty-two boys sighed in relief when Mr. Kim -aka The Monster-ordered them to get into the showers.

For the only class Seunghyun hated; English, the teacher insisted on loading them with a big test worth ten-percent of their marks due next week. It was inevitable-the two boys would study for it together. It concerned Minhwan that Seunghyun would get worked up about coming to his house. There was an eighty-percent chance of running across the damn hall and meeting Jonghun. He sighed in relief when Seunghyun suggested going over his place. Somehow, Seunghyun saw that if they worked at his place with less distraction would be better.

They agreed on leaving the bus together that Friday instead of Minhwan always leaving Seunghyun alone for the ride home. Minhwan saw this chance very helpful, this way they would spend more time alone -not that they weren't always but when Jaejin joined, Minhwan couldn't help but feel a blindfold of jealousy cover his eyes.

"Nice place and it's neat. I didn't imagine you were the cleaning type." He dropped off his bag on the couch.

"I'm not, but living on my own promised that the place would turn into a dumpster if I didn't change my habits. I had to adjust." He grinned, following the boy's act.
He gave Minhwan a little tour -a very quick one considering the small comfortable place and they sat back in the living room. Minhwan brought along an English text book so it would help them.

"Ahhhh, I don't see why we need to do this! I hate English!" Seunghyun whined halfway through their revision.

"Suck it up; you will get the kick out of it when you think positively." The boy murmured before beginning their lesson again.

They went through couple of their books but when one hour exactly passed, Seunghyun had enough.

"You know what? I would love to study this pile of uninteresting things, but I need to work." Minhwan gave him a look before he smirked.

He got up and pulled Minhwan up with him. "I can't skip work but you can tag along, I'm sure Jonghwan won't mind." He said loudly while he changed.

'Yeah, try to change my mind from thoughts other than you're half naked in that room!' Minhwan practically bashed himself aloud for even imagining those things.

"Yeah sure, I don’t mind. I can take couple of hours of rest anyways." He mumbled when Seunghyun came back into the living room. Seunghyun got out of their regular uniform and wore a comfortable white shirt and a pair of jeans.

"Aren't you a bit too casual?" He wondered. It's true that he had access to Seunghyun's brain, but it won't be fun to be the one knowing everything!
"Well, my uncle doesn't have a very strict dress-code where I work. Let's walk, I will tell you on the way."

By the time they got to Flying Subway in the fifteen minutes long walk, Minhwan just go to know why Seunghyun lives alone. His parents passed away when they were in a trip to Jeju Island back when Seunghyun was four years old. He doesn't recall much of it but his uncle kept a good eye on him. Minhwan could read the gratitude Seunghyun held for the old man, he was like a father to the seventeen years old.

They met said man just opening the coffee house. Minhwan donated his time to help out and Seunghyun couldn't be even happier to hand Minhwan over a spare apron.
"But are you sure about your shirt? They might get dirty while cleaning, which is my job by the way." His cheeks looked lots bigger when he smiled and he did it a lot around Minhwan.

"It's okay, it's the weekend after all and I have spare uniform back home." He shrugged. They began cleaning the place for the last time before opening for customers.

The place would hit off perfectly, just the good amount of people visited it, and it had its own regular customers that would comeback to have the cute smiley boy serve them their evening cup of coffee.

Since Seunghyun began his delivery task today, Minhwan was left serving tables and helping out to clean the counter most of the time. It wasn't much of a job, Minhwan found it easy to pull off.

"Hey, I'm back. Is there anything else I can do?" he turned around just in time Seunghyun got back, it was a bit hot outdoors and Minhwan had to stop himself from gapping. The boy had been gasping, obviously on a rush after driving the scooter. Drops of sweat trickled down Seunghyun's face; he wiped them away with a smile. The other workers -a twenty something girl called Hyorin and a eighteen years old boy called Jaehyo-signaled him off. Obviously, their hours just finished as well.

"Well that was quick; I didn't expect the day to go on so quickly." Seunghyun murmured.

"Well you didn't have to almost get your ass spanked." He heard Seunghyun chuckle before he gulping on his soda. Seunghyun had zero tolerance for coffee; it was too much of a grownup drink. Besides, he loved drinking cold things over hot liquids. He explained it when Minhwan first thought they should get some free coffee from the café, but he understood.

"I just don't like my tongue feeling numb for few more minutes. I'm either too enthusiastic to wait or forget about it and I have soggy coffee. It's confusing, hot liquids just hate me I guess." He gave a chuckle, and Minhwan held his breath. His hormones definitely hate him! He keeps thinking of dirty things to say when Seunghyun talks, his heart gives a little shiver with everything about the boy.

"When did you start working here?"

"I began two summers ago, I needed to move out into my own place and as much I love to depend on others, I couldn't. Jonghwan agreed to pay me, and I saw it as a good chance. Though I do have longer hours in the summer, I work 12 hours for double the pay." He added with a grin.

Minhwan nodded before he continued to sip his fruity soda.
"Did you ever get a job?" Seunghyun queried. Minhwan shook his head, "I never tried working, except for today."

A long silence passed before them, Seunghyun understood that Minhwan didn't need to work, he had everything he wanted. Before he began to envy the boy, he changed the subject though it obviously ended with Minhwan's answer.

"We should head back home; I don't want your folks getting worried about returning home very late. It's already nine fifteen." They began to walk in Seunghyun's house direction.

"Don't worry about it, I was kind of thinking of spending the night over your place." He sheepishly added a smile, his hands already tucked in his pockets. Minhwan used up a big effort to keep his straight face and stop his active mind from wandering off. Seunghyun's face was unreadable.

"Well…? Can I?" He asked the boy when he stayed quiet for a second or two.

"I never had anyone sleep over. You know, this means we need ice cream." Seunghyun dragged the confused shorter boy.

"Do you mean I can stay over or what?" quietly, he started.

"Of course you can stay over. Frankly, I was thinking of it before, thank god you had more guts than me!" his sentences faded off with a loud chuckle erupting from the boy. Minhwan sighed inwardly; he didn't scare the boy, yet.

They stood before two big fridges in the close supermarket. Minhwan didn't know what they were doing, he looked over Seunghyun but he found the boy's face again unreadable. Something glimmered in his eyes, was it the sight of all types of ice cream that made the boy so mysterious?

"Well…? What are you choosing? Personally, I am more into getting chicken than ice cream." He mumbled more of a side note to himself than to Seunghyun.

"Are you crazy? Chicken is awesome I agree, but Ice cream is the god of all snacks." He sounded calm, oh ho, little did Minhwan know about the fight going inside Seunghyun's mind.

"I think I'm going to buy worth 50$ of ice cream." He heard Seunghyun say to himself. He had no time to stop the boy. Besides, Minhwan was a bit interested in figuring out if Seunghyun can endure that much ice cream in one night.

They ended up getting some chicken too. Minhwan's inner self just squealed, he hated being so calm, he wanted to yell and squirm outwardly about how fast his happy bubble swelled.

They shared the bills; Minhwan would feel wronged if he didn't pay. It relieved him that Seunghyun took nothing personal and just allowed him to pay his half.
As soon as they closed the door and they collapsed, mostly tired of arguing about which one was better ice cream or chicken. The couch gave a little jerk when they squirmed to get their sore ends to relax against its cushions.

"Since you impolitely insulted my ice cream, you will have to suck up and eat it anyways." Seunghyun said, too tired to glare into Minhwan's stubborn scowl. He just found his brain laughing so aloud, he sighed. He should get more friends, having friends was fun.

"Yeah sure, whatever, just go prepare my chicken while I go and borrow something. I can't control myself when I eat chicken." Minhwan left the living room into the bedroom. He fidgeted at it, maybe he acted too comfortably, but he could see Seunghyun getting up, a smile gracing his face. He found a fitting shirt; he was obviously a bit wider in the shoulders and arms part than Seunghyun.

"I haven't worn that in ages, it's too big now." Seunghyun commented when Minhwan entered the living room. He shrugged, the shirt was comfortable and snuggly.

They got into eating but Minhwan slipped in some lessons. It turned out much more fun than before seemingly the ice cream enhanced Seunghyun's mood. The night surely proved to be helping them get rid of the stress of being a student. They were midway through the ice cream, already out of chicken and Minhwan whined about not enough chicken and very behind their studies. Seunghyun complained about being bored so they got their jackets on and visited a video shop around five blocks away. They rented bunch of movies but their stamina failed to keep them up to finish one. Minhwan crashed on the couch while Seunghyun insisted to stay in the living room on a futon he barely used.

"So, how was the slumber party from this weekend?" his mom eagerly asked over breakfast on Monday morning. Minhwan's eyes stayed on his cereal while Jonghun perked his head toward his brother, interested at the mention of a 'party'.

"It was not a slumber party, we were studying." He informed but his mom seemed to not believe him.

"Come on, I know more than just studying happened. I know you like this guy and I won't-"

"Mom can we please not discuss this over breakfast or brother will get sick." The youngest Choi family member shot out of the kitchen after snatching his backpack off the chair.

The two left exchanged a very sorry look. The boy gave a little nod to his mother and went after Minhwan. He barely caught up before Minhwan dashed away with his shoe laces barely tied.

"What's wrong with you? Do you have to remind me of that every time?" he yelled at Minhwan's face, he had his hand on the boy's arm and kept him in his place.

"Yes! I will forever remind you of how you tormented me after I chose a very hard option. You chose to humiliate me and ignore me instead of understanding."

"Will you cut me some slack? I was stupid at then! I didn't know you had trouble coming out as gay! It's not my fault I had doubts!" he tasted the hate in Minhwan's eyes, so bitter and cold just like his words.

"Go fuck yourself then come talk to me about the troubles you faced while accepting your homosexual brother." As a hiss, Jonghun almost missed it but Minhwan knew exactly how to deliver his message to the older brother. Jonghun's fingers released his arm the moment Jonghun felt a pang in his chest. His baby brother detested him so badly, didn't he?

Minhwan walked away easily, leaving behind a very disgruntled brother.

"Hey, you're late!" Seunghyun cheerily popped his head of the café's entrance. His smile only dilated when he spotted two shadows instead of the usual one person.

"Jaejin wanted to come along when he saw me slip out of the house." Minhwan sounded very uneasy but it went unnoticed by Seunghyun.

"Well come on, I will show you to a table, Jaejin. You, go change into your apron, we're opening in a minute." He addressed the last sentence for Minhwan who pouted inwardly but followed the order.

"This place is fancy! I bet you get tons of ladies when you work somewhere this good -not that your looks are not very alluring." Jaejin winked at the blushing teenager.

"What ladies? You must be high or something." He fought the hideous embarrassment and shook off the compliment.

He showed him a table; the boy thanked him and ordered a cup of coffee to sip while reading a book. He got Minhwan as his waiter and Jaejin found it so amusing to tease the boy.

"Let me guess, 'You look very adorable with this little apron; I can eat you' is what older women use to pick you up when you serve them, right?" Jaejin had a mischievous smile, it didn't suit his intelligent looks but he is surely more than looks.

"Not every woman is as lustful as you are." He pointedly pronounced 'women' and watched in amusement as Jaejin chuckled a long approving laugh.
"You're hilarious, now go and stare at Seunghyun like you always do." He whispered it into Minhwan's direction, enjoying every bit of blush that spread along the smooth face.

"Why do I have to come along?" Hongki inquired from his busy friend, Jonghun gave him a shrug before tapping his phone.

"I still don't get how you need to stalk your own brother in order to get close to him." He mumbled, finally seeing a result in their walking, they ended up before Flying Subway.

"So, should we go inside?" he added another question into his chain of curios investigations.

"Of course not, we should stick here till eight thirty." Sarcasm dropped gorgeous out of Jonghun's beautiful exterior. "For a pretty guy, you sure ask lots of questions." He mumbled mostly to himself and mostly for Hongki to nag about later.

They got into the café without catching any sight of the baby brother. Hongki acted very strange, trying to cover his face with his sunglasses and a cap. He adjusted them on his head every fifteen seconds that passed. A waiter whose name tag was 'Jaehyo' took their order.

"Will you stop? You're not some spy, and it's not like Minhwan will ask us to leave if he saw us here."

"Oh yes he will-"

"What are you doing here?" a voice came out and Hongki squeaked, snapping his head toward the standing person to their right.

"Get out." Minhwan coolly breathed out, obviously fuming over the mere present.

"We can't, we already ordered." Jonghun challenged, he decided to use a firm hand around the young man.

"I will pay for it, just get out of here." His tone louder this time, it drove some other customers' attention to the table. Hongki wanted to disappear under the table but Jonghun's daring eyes forced him to be mesmerized.
