I recall the book event when it dawned on me (sometime shortly before the second book came out) that "Erised" was "desire" backwards.
I felt smart for that back in '98. Shut up.

Back-tracking to the quidditch match. This is obv. the best quidditch match in all the movies. Because this was the first one. The one that would define all the others. And Columbus made it look like Sims were playing. FOr which, all other directors have gone "NO".

I actually really appreciate that about Ron.
He just sees in Erised being Head Boy and standing out from his brothers. He's so normal.
