ETA: more info ... "Kasia" is the name of the character and supposedly a male alien though played by a very thin human woman

Let's get some TOS in here! Instead of getting the ship to safety while he still can, Kirk's busy trying to save Spock from a suicide mission he sent him on (instead of Bones).

Spock: Captain, I recommend you abandon the attempt. Do not risk the ship further on my behalf.
McCoy: Shut up, Spock! We're rescuing you!
Spock: Why, thank you, Captain McCoy.

It's included in some highlights of the episode on youtube, from around the 2 minute mark. You may recognise the scenes from that awesome nodding gif.

Spock's so smug, I love it. McCoy almost lunges at the mere sound of his voice.
