Wait, I don't watch Superstore any more, but they've just switched it from Thursdays to Tuesdays? Why? All the other sitcoms are already on Tuesdays, that's not a good idea.

They just did the holiday specials of Superstore and Will & Grace on Tuesday because they are holiday episodes. I think they stay on Thursday but this Thursday is football.

Okay, that makes a little more sense, though plenty of people probably missed this specific episode.

I don't think it matters as much with Will & Grace. Superstore seemed to be moving the plot forward.
