Blindspot: Between the invisible tattoos and the tooth isotopes, Blindspot is too strange for an RL show. I think it would work much better as urban fantasy, in a world where Gods know everything ahead of time and decide to play a game with humans by sending them weird enigmas tattooed on an amnesiac woman. With an RL show, the "Gods" are the "writers", which is meta, OK, but totally gets me out of the story every time it happens.

Minority Report: It was okay-ish.

Yeah, I feel like they're doing too much to keep the mystery interesting.
