I think it was clear in the previous episode that Dillon had survived, but I didn't want to comment on your post about it in case I had it wrong since I had a one-week difference with you.
True Blood: Jason drank Eric's blood last season but we didn't get to see any of his dreams because we had one of his Warlow dreams a bit before (I rewatched in on YouTube and I had forgotten how hilarious it was), so I'm glad we had the Eric dream now. It was fun! ^^
