We're on the bus, sitting close because of the press of people, and you're holding forth at great and vibrant length about the wonder of your city as we travel towards the docks. There's a tiny spot with seals you need to show me down there, and a chocolate shop that nearly makes me fall over with the first breath, and an art studio in shades of blue and green.
