What a lovely snapshot of family life, and what it could be like for Neville to introduce his children to their grandparents.

Alice reminded me of my grandma - she has Alzheimer's, and I always imagine the Longbottoms to be similar to how she acts. Your depiction of Alice's "flashback" was very, very realistic. This story is so much what it's like to be a child in a situation with someone with Alzheimer's. I don't know if that was intentional, but it made it very realistic and just amazing. It was a wonderful story. =)

Thank you so much. I've never known anyone with Alzheimer's, but I did try to keep it from the perspective of the kids. I'm glad that got across.
