In a way, I'm grateful that I don't have Facebook as it's easier to avoid people being awful. Having said that, sometimes I'll read the comments section on my favourite news website and it makes me want to weep. People can be so deliberately obtuse in their racism and homophobia, among so many other things. It's like they're determined to be awful and completely void of empathy. Ugh. *hugs*

starting to look at FB more (because I used to check it twice a year) is not necessarily the best idea I ever had :/ For the stuff I am glad I see (news about my cousins and friends), there is way too much bullshit. and yeah, let's not start on comment sections, it's horrible. *hugs*

frankly, if I didn't force myself to write at least 300 words a day (400 in November for mini_wrimo), I would probably just not do it.

I am starting to think I should enforce daily physical exercise too, because I am DEFINITELY not doing that at all and so, so out of shape :(

I have missed only 3 days since September 1st 2014, and that's because I was in Chicago and didn't have my computer. Mind you, lots of what gets written is crap and I'd say 70% is still on my hard drive. Before that, I had not written a word in 6 months. I really do need the push of doing it every day, and a deadline here and there. You need to find what works for you!

and yeah, couldn't hurt, right? though just thinking about it makes me sad. god I hate exercising :(((

I've 'unfollowed' a couple and feel better for it (I don't have the guts to 'unfriend' them, because I don't need the drama, but at least I can't see their stupid posts anymore. And I might be posting the opposite of them in spite ;) (I really should stay away completely)

my first DD fic was a LOT of fun to do, so that's nice. now I'll see if I find more ideas, a blind character is definitely a challenge to write.

Miles/Sawyer? I'll think about it, you know I love those idiots. :) A prompt would make things easier, but it's ok.

No worries if you can't manage the Miles/Sawyer - in my head I see them arguing about something; Sawyer laughing and Miles being all snark and mock anger but eventually falling for the dimples! (maybe that helps?)
